Dr. Tina Calafati, B.Ed., M.Ed., Ed.D.
We regret to advise the community that Dr. Tina Calafati has passed away. She was the director of the clinic for over five years, and had a passion for helping her clients. Dr. Calafati herself personally chose the therapists' who continue to provide services in our office. She is sadly missed, but her legacy lives on here at Caledon Counselling.
All of our experienced and qualified mental health therapists were carefully selected to reflect the needs of the whole community. Our therapists have experience working with children, adolescents, families, individuals, couples, and groups. All of our therapists' have a Master's Degree or Ph.D in Psychology.
Nicole Dent, M.A.,
C. Psych. Assoc.
Nicole is known for her kind, caring, and empathic approach. She is registered as a Psychological Associate with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. Her area of autonomous practice is in the area of rehabilitation psychology. She has an extensive background working with clients involved in motor vehicle accidents or who have been injured at work. Under supervised practice, she works with clients from diverse backgrounds who are coping with a variety of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, anger managment, stress management, workplace conflict, and relationship and interpersonal issues.
Cathie Gibbs, Office Manager
Cathie has been the Office Manager at the clinic for over ten years and has over 30 years of office experience. She assists clients and has an extensive knowledge of programs that may be available to them. She welcomes any question and finds the therapist that is a best fit for your needs.
Anna Paliouris, M.A., Dip.CS., R.P.
Anna has over 27 years of experience providing psychological services, with a B.A. Specialist in Psychology and two Masters Degrees, one in Assessment and Counselling and the other in Special Education: Applied Psychology from University of Toronto. She has studied Gestalt Therapy at the Gestalt Institute of Toronto. Anna is a member of the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists and Psychotherapists and is licensed as a Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families and groups.
She provides psychotherapy for a wide range of issues such as: behavioral, school related, family dynamics, trauma (abuse), anxiety, depression, PTSD, personality disorders (borderline, bipolar), trauma (sexual abuse), serious chronic and terminal illnesses, bereavement, and addictions (substance and psychological addictions). Anna has extensive experience in marital, couple therapy and family therapy. She uses an ecclectic approach (a variety of psychological approaches and models) in therapy and her clients feels relaxed and at home from the first session.

Nella is currently working on her Masters of Counselling Psychology Degree. She started off at the clinic working as a volunteer. This led to a part time position in the office, which she currently holds. Alongside Cathie, she will be able to answer any questions you may have.

Camilla Lofranco, M.A. C. Psych., R.P.
Camilla has over 10 years of experience providing Counselling/ Therapy for Individuals, Families, Children and Couples. Modalities of her practice include: Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Adlerian and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy.
Camilla's specific experience includes counselling for couples and children experiencing marriage and family issues; counselling for women experiencing depression, self-esteem issues, abuse and anxiety; counselling for young offenders and youth; and group counselling workshops assisting people with enhancing self-esteem, anger management and life coaching.
